1. Đăng nhập vào Mail
Bước 1: Từ thanh địa chỉ của trình duyệt, gõ http://mail.tenmien.com. hay http://gmail.com Chọn <Enter>, màn hình đăng nhập xuất hiện:
(Ví dụ tên miền của bạn là http://www.letsflytravel.com thì bạn chỉ cần gõ http://mail.letsflytravel.com
Bước 2: Cung cấp Username (Chỉ gõ tên) / Password quản trị, chọn <Sign In> để đăng nhập.
Nếu là http://gmail.com thì gõ vào đầy đủ tên và đuôi là tên Domain của bạn. VD : admin@letsflytravel.com
- Nếu lần đầu tiên dùng mail thì màn hình yêu cầu khai báo mã số bảo mật sẽ xuất hiện :

Bước 1: Từ màn hình danh sách mail, Chọn “Compose Mail” để gửi mail, Màn hình gửi mail xuất hiện:
3. SETUP EMAIL CHO OUTLOOK
Ở đây chúng ta sử dụng phiên bản Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, cách setup cho các phiên bản khác cũng tương tự nên chắc không cần phải làm từng bài riêng.
Để sử dụng được email cho Outlook cần kích hoạt tính năng POP3 của email đó. Hãy đăng nhập vào tài khoản email muốn setup và Enable tính năng POP.
Để sử dụng chế độ bảo mật SSL thì tính năng này cần phải được kích hoạt trong phần quản trị hệ thống của Google Apps.
Xong rồi ! Vậy là bạn có thể cài đặt Outlook rồi. Phần cài đặt thì có thể đó là kiến thức căn bản rồi nên mình không nói nữa. Nhưng nhớ chú ý các thông số sau khi cài đặt:

Trước tiên bạn phải login với user có quyền admin, do bạn tự tạo hoặc do chúng tôi tạo và cung cấp cho bạn.
Thông tin bao gồm: URL, User admin, Password.
Những điều cần lưu ý:
+ Không được xóa account email của user khi có sai sót họăc quên password, chỉ dùng chức năng edit cho từng user.
+ Chỉ xóa user khi thật sự muốn hủy account vĩnh viễn, vì nếu hủy, 5 ngày sau mới có thể tạo mới và mất hết các email cũ.
+ Quản lý account admin thật kỹ, vì có thể bị xóa tất cả các email hoặc lộ thông tin quan trọng trong email
+ Không cấu hình thêm bất cứ mục nào khác khi chưa hiểu rõ về thuộc tính đó

- Highlight imap.gmail.com under Account, and click Properties.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under Outgoing Mail (SMTP), check the box next to 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL).'
- Enter '465' in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP)' field.
- Under Incoming mail (IMAP), check the box next to 'This server requires a secure connection (SSL)'. The port will change to '993'.
- Click the Servers tab, and check the box next to 'My server requires authentication.'
- Click OK.
- Check our recommended client settings, and adjust your client's settings as needed.
Congratulations! You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve Gmail messages.
